Webber out with back strain
PHILADELPHIA -- Chris Webber sat out Philadelphia's game against Seattle on Monday night with a lower back strain.
Webber also missed a game last week at Phoenix with the same injury and was listed as day-to-day. He is averaging 19.4 points and 10.3 rebounds in 32 games this season.
"As long as his back gets a little rest, hopefully he'll be able to play Wednesday," 76ers coach Maurice Cheeks.
John Salmons started in Webber's place.
The Sixers returned from a 2-5 road trip to start a three-game homestand that includes games against Utah on Wednesday and Boston on Friday.
