Scotland passengers expect meagre BA service
    Russia Herald
    Friday 19th March, 2010

Scotland is expecting to be hit hard by the British Airways strike with flights to and from Scotland among the routes that will suffer from a three-day strike by British Airways cabin crew.

Just two flights will leave Edinburgh and Aberdeen this Saturday for Heathrow on the first day of the strike.

While one will also go from Glasgow, there would normally be a total of 15 flights.

There will be no service from Heathrow to Scotland on Sunday or Monday.

Flights from Gatwick to Glasgow and Edinburgh will also be affected.
